Recruiting from the School of Management

Recruiting from Tel Aviv University's School of Management gives you access to bright, energetic, creative, and innovative business students who will be an immediate asset to your organization. The School's Career Management Center (CMC), the first and only MBA Career Center in Israel, provides you the support and framework needed for connecting with our students and recruiting your next hires.

How you can connect:

Recruit an Intern
The School of Management runs an extensive internship program with companies ranging from small startups to large corporates.  The School offers students two kinds of internships:

  • Academic Internships – The vast majority of internships advertised through the Career Management Center (CMC) are Academic Internships, meaning students receive academic credit in compensation for their work. To receive credit, students and companies must abide by the Academic Internship Program Guidelines.

  • Paid Internships – Where companies offer a monetary structure (compensation, salary, etc.). Students do not receive credit for this option. For students to participate in a Paid Internship in Israel, they must hold a valid work visa.

Hold a Company Information Session

Throughout the academic year the Career Management Center hosts a number of on-campus company information and recruiting sessions.  Sessions can be run in English or Hebrew.

Join our Industry Career Fairs

The Career Management Center runs 3 industry-specific Career Fairs throughout the year: Finance, Technology and Consumer Goods.  These fairs run during the course of one evening and are open to students from all programs at the School of Management.
