The global courses and seminars offered by Recanati's Executive Education (LAHAV) specialize in introducing groups of executives and public officials from corporations and institutions worldwide to innovation and entrepreneurship, based on the experience acquired in Israel in these fields.
Based on the groups' specific interests and issues of concern, LAHAV offers three designated international training and development programs in these fields. These three programs are offered as intensive courses (7-14 days).
- “Start-Up Nation” – Entrepreneurship & Innovation
The Course frames the central aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation in Israeli companies within the context of the country's high-tech industry.
The course introduces participants to the dynamics of the Israel's entrepreneurial environment. Innovative companies at different lifecycle stages are presented as case studies.
- R&D & Innovation Excellence
Based on methodologies and perspectives developed within the context of Israeli innovation and entrepreneurship, the course exposes its participants to the variety of models, theories and approaches available in these fields. The course follows the processes that ventures undergo from seed choice to the strategic choice between IPO and exit.
- Strategic mindset & Innovation (SMI)
The Course highlights dilemmas associated with corporate strategy and innovation management, focusing on issues such as strategic competitive models, sustainable approaches to business, and penetrating global markets. The course relies on the experience acquired by global Israeli corporations.
