Internships offer you opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world business setting.  You can choose to intern with companies ranging from small startups to large Multinational Corporations.  The IMBA Internship Program officially opens in Module 3 and runs through Module 5.

  • The 8200 Connection  
    The Sofaer International MBA is proud to highlight our exclusive internship collaboration with the 8200 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support Program (8200 EISP).  8200 EISP was established by the Alumni Association of the elite Israeli intelligence unit 8200 to utilize the unit’s vast alumni network for the promotion of early stage, first-time entrepreneurs in all industries – from Internet/mobile/social media through Cleantech to Medical Device.

 

  • The McCann-Tech Marketing Internship Program 
    Sofaer International MBA students interested in marketing have the exclusive opportunity to intern with McCann-Tech, a division of the global advertising giant McCann.  From December through June students will help Israeli hi-tech companies build inspiring brands, improve results and communicate effectively through digital campaigns, global media buying, and brand building.

Lessons Learned from Israeli Innovation 
A Joint Course with the Wharton School of Management 
For the past few years, Tel Aviv University's Business School and the Wharton School of Management have been conducting this joint program that brings together students from both business schools for an intensive 4 day course in Israel that includes guest speakers, panel sessions and company site-visits.

Founders Course for Student Entrepreneurs 
Students developing their own business or startup have the opportunity to pursue their venture for credit. Students work with an adviser(s) to complete the following strategic documents for their venture:

  • Business model (including revenue model)
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Investor pitch (if relevant)

 

 

Individual Research Study
Students can pursue individual professional and academic interests through the completion of an Individual Research Study. Such studies, or "mini thesis's" are rooted in research, should be approximately 15 to 30 pages and include primary and secondary research sources, and a detailed record of all references.
